Wish Made for the ‘Best Summer Ever!’

ORLANDO, Fla. (September 2023): Liam adores Mickey Mouse and all his animated friends. He longed to go to Disney World so he could see them, and experience the rides and shows that he heard so much about. It was finally Liam’s turn. Kids Wish Network made it possible for him to feel all of Disney’s magic and more.

His family received a theme park travel package, giving them everything they needed for a memorable visit to Orlando when they were able to travel. Kids Wish Network purchased airfare, and gift cards for Disney, Airbnb, and Happy Eats for dining. They also received passes for LEGOLAND’s theme park courtesy of Merlin’s Magic Wand.

“Thank you so much for the wish for Liam,” said his mom with great appreciation. “We had an amazing time with so much to do and so much fun! Liam got to experience Disney as a child with special needs should. This was definitely the best summer ever!”

At birth, Liam was turning blue and having visible seizures. He spent the first weeks of his life in the NICU, and was diagnosed with epilepsy and cerebral palsy. Liam began walking at two and half years old, and undergoes speech, physical and occupational therapies.
